How We Help Our Clients
We work with business, government, and education sectors to improve their processes and operations. Our IQAÔ is based on Lean Six Sigman and DMAIC. It consists of 6 steps, to review, analyze, improve, and control.
1. Compliance Verification

2. Document Review
Our IQA includes extensive review of your documentation, records, and practices to ensure proper record-keeping and adherence to documentation requirements.
3. Analysis of Results
We will analyze the results of verification and to identify deficiencies in the processes, using Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies.
4. Root Cause Analysis
When non-conformities or issues are identified during an IQA process, we investigate the root causes of those issues, which can lead to more effective corrective and preventive actions.
5. Improvement Action
We will provide you the findings of our IQA process, by pointing out the areas that need improvement and the action plan to implement them.
6. Control
We will work with your team to monitor and control the implemented improvement actions to ensure continuous quality enhancement.
