Quality

      determine its ability to meet established requirements, specifications,

      performance, reliability, durability, safety, and conformance to customer
      expectations.
- High-quality products or services often satisfy customer needs and expectations, leading to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Quality
     Control (QC)
- Quality
      control is a set of activities and processes that focus on monitoring and
      inspecting products or services during and after production to identify
      defects or deviations from established standards.
- QC
      aims to detect and correct problems before products or services are
      delivered to customers. This involves inspecting samples, conducting
      tests, and verifying that quality criteria are met.
- QC activities help ensure that products or services meet specific quality standards and conform to predefined specifications.
Quality
     Assurance (QA)
- Quality
      assurance is a broader and more proactive approach to quality management
      that encompasses all activities, systems, and processes within an
      organization aimed at ensuring consistent quality throughout the entire
      product or service lifecycle.
- QA
      involves creating and implementing quality management systems,
      procedures, and guidelines. It focuses on prevention rather than
      detection of defects.
- QA
      activities include process audits, documentation reviews, training, and
      process improvement initiatives. The goal is to establish a culture of
      quality, continuous improvement, and adherence to established standards.
