Overview

Axosomatic is an AI strategy and sustainability consulting firm operating across the MENA region. We are committed to respecting the privacy of everyone who visits our websites. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit our sites, why it is collected, and how it is handled.

Plain language summary: We do not collect your personal data through forms, accounts, or marketing tools. Our websites operate on a minimal data footprint. The limited technical information described below is incidental to standard web infrastructure and is not used for profiling or advertising.
02

Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all pages and content hosted on:

  • www.axosomatic.com — the main Axosomatic corporate website
  • ai.axosomatic.com — the Axosomatic Agentic AI subdomain

It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that may be linked from our pages. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies.

03

Data We Collect

We do not operate user accounts, registration systems, newsletter subscriptions, or marketing data collection. The only information processed through our websites is as follows:

Server log data
When you visit any page on our websites, our web server automatically records standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time of access. This is a function of all web servers and is not unique to Axosomatic. This data is used solely for security monitoring and server administration.

Email correspondence
If you contact us directly at info@axosomatic.com, we will receive and store the email address you send from and the content of your message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not added to any marketing list or shared with third parties.

04

Cookies

Our websites use a cookie consent management tool that allows you to control which categories of cookies are active during your visit. The categories presented are:

  • Necessary cookies — required for the website to function correctly. These cannot be disabled.
  • Functional cookies — support features such as content sharing. Only activated with your consent.
  • Analytical cookies — track aggregate visitor behaviour to help us understand how our site is used. Only activated with your consent.
  • Advertisement cookies — currently not in active use on our sites. The option appears as part of the consent framework but no advertising cookies are deployed.

You may change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page.

05

How We Use Information

The limited information described above is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Maintaining the security and performance of our web servers
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Responding to direct email inquiries
  • Understanding aggregate, anonymised website traffic patterns (where analytical cookies are consented to)

We do not use any information collected through our websites for marketing, profiling, retargeting, or automated decision-making.

06

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer any information about website visitors to third parties. No personal data collected through our websites is shared with external organisations for commercial purposes.

Our website infrastructure relies on standard hosting and domain services. These providers process server log data as part of delivering the website. They are bound by their own privacy and data processing obligations.

07

Data Retention

  • Server logs are retained for a standard rolling period of 30 days for security purposes and then purged automatically.
  • Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship and then securely deleted.
  • Cookie consent records are stored locally in your browser and expire according to the settings of each cookie category.
08

Security

Our websites are served over HTTPS, encrypting all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Access to server infrastructure is restricted to authorised personnel only. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information our websites process against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

09

Your Rights

Under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL), you have the right to:

  • Request confirmation of whether we hold any personal data relating to you
  • Request access to any such data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of data we hold about you

Given the minimal nature of our data collection, requests are typically straightforward to process. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

10

Third-Party Links

Our websites may contain links to external websites, publications, or resources. Axosomatic is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

11

Our websites are directed at business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect any information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our website, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate action.

12

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our websites following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
